Operational Control Centers

We have solid experience in designing, installing and implementing control rooms. The Mine Intelligence Integrated Operations Center (MIIOC) at the University of Arizona is the result of intensive research of what solutions are required for strategic planning, enhanced visualization of continuous processes, simulation of mine operations of any scale, and performance optimization. Control Rooms can be implemented for systems integration, remote supervision, videoconferencing, as a training platform for new technologies. We can cover all aspects of implementation, from the definition of production and quality requirements, infrastructure conceptualization, design with ergonomics standards and network communications dimensioning, to project follow up and deployment.

Testing of new technologies, analysis and optimization of operation scenarios, development of decision support systems for planning and frontline operations strategies are part of the broad spectrum of possibilities.
